Minus: Mr. Wells got kind of testy with me via email when I did not accept an appt time to do the job between 7:30 and 8:00 AM - When I told him 9:00 AM worked better for me, he stated that, "My people can't just wait around for two hours." I didn't think he was flexible at all. It was a knee-jerk reaction. I have never dealt with a company owner or customer rep. that didn't coordinate with me on appt times that fit into my schedule. We ultimately decided to renovate our kitche, get rid of unused space in the dining room by building a butler pantry and renovate a bathroom. They kept us informed of any price changes and any diffuculties along the way that would impact his schedule. They worked with us to keep the dust down which was a huge positive for my wife.
