Pluses: 1) Mr. Wells allowed email communication. 2) Mr. Wells took the time to answer my detailed questions about drywall repair. 3) This business supposedly contributes to food programs to the least among us. 4) Mr. Wells made an effort to save me money by suggesting I consult with a drywall company for the minor drywall repair we need. Minus: Mr. Wells got kind of testy with me via email when I did not accept an appt time to do the job between 7:30 and 8:00 AM - When I told him 9:00 AM worked better for me, he stated that, "My people can't just wait around for two hours." I didn't think he was flexible at all. It was a knee-jerk reaction. I have never dealt with a company owner or customer rep. that didn't coordinate with me on appt times that fit into my schedule. The scope of the project was routinely examined to meet all major objectives. The schedule flexed only when influenced by outside forces (COVID) that we could not control. Their focus on cost ensured that we remained within budget. Excellent communications throughout the process kept everyone informed and aware of issues as they arose. Weekly walk-throughs and meetings addressed minor points before they became issues. The on-site foreman and construction manager were always available for any questions on a daily basis.
